As a highly skilled Video Editor and Creative Professional, Darshan specializes in digital advertising, television commercials, corporate films, online content, CGI, VFX integration, and film post-production. Namitha Shetty is the Managing Director of Mirajkar Visions, where she leads the company's vision, operations, and creative execution. With a professional background spanning marketing, human resources, media production, and the performing arts, she brings a rare combination of strategic thinking and creative insight to every project.

Having started her career in the marketing industry, Namitha gained valuable experience in understanding brands, audiences, and effective communication. She later held senior HR positions, where she developed expertise in people management, team building, and organizational leadership.

Her journey into media and entertainment further expanded through her work as an Assistant Director, giving her hands-on exposure to the creative and production aspects of the industry.

A Fine Arts graduate with theatre as a major area of study, Namitha has always been deeply connected to the world of performance and storytelling. As an aspiring actress and theatre enthusiast, she combines artistic sensibility with strong business acumen, allowing her to bridge the gap between creativity and execution.
